For everything that's great (a yard for your dog, a new space to call your own), it comes with an equally fair share of "surprises": anything from plumbing leaks and rotting window frames, all the way to the occasional basement floods and feral racoon attic attacks. Minicastle is here to help you have fun with all of it - the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Minicastle is built by a homeowner (Dave), for homeowners like you. Your feedback, feature ideas, and bug reports are a huge part of how Minicastle gets better.

Home maintenance (or any kind of maintenance) isn't the world's sexiest activity but it can make a big difference. When homes aren't maintained, the result leads to significant waste, increased ownership costs, reduced housing supply, inequality, and community decay.
The goal of Minicastle is to help make home maintenance easier, less stressful, and more fun. By taking better care of our homes, we could add ~300,000-1,000,000 homes to our housing stock each year, making housing more affordable and accessible.
